Team Creation/Joining/Leaving/Deletion

🔹 team Creation and Joining

You can easily create and join a team. However, you can only be affiliated with one team at a time.

• team Creation

  • A team is created by simply entering the team name and your name.

  • You can invite colleagues right after creation to use it together.

• team Joining

  • You can join instantly by entering the identification code, password, and the name you wish to use.

  • You can also join by accepting an invitation from an existing member.

🔹 team Member Invitation

You can join by invitation even if you don't know the identification code or password.

👥 Invite from Friend List (Valid for 24 hours)

• Only friends who can be invited are displayed in the list. 🔑 Invite with Personal Identification Code (Valid for 24 hours)
• Each user has a unique 8-digit identification code.
• Your personal identification code can be checked under your name in the [More] tab. 🔗 Share Invitation Link
• You can invite by sharing the link via messenger or social media.

❓ If "User cannot be invited" is displayed

• User does not exist (incorrect identification code)

• User has deactivated the app

• User is already affiliated with another team

• User has already received an invitation

🔹 How to Leave a team

General Member

• Immediate Leave: [team > team Info > Settings > Leave team]

• Scheduled Leave: Set the shift end date in [team > team Info > Settings > Change My Info] (automatic leave at midnight of that date)

Administrator

• If you have administrator privileges, you cannot leave directly.

• You can only leave after another administrator removes your administrator privileges.

• If the administrator is the last remaining member, the only way to leave is by deleting the team.

🗑️ team Deletion and Password Reset

teams that are no longer in use can be deleted.

• The password set during creation is required for deletion. Use Reset if you don't know the password.

⚠️ When a team is deleted, all members are automatically removed. Please decide carefully.

📌 Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where can I check the teams I previously worked at?

• In [team > team Info], you can check the list of current and past teams, their identification codes, and activity periods.

Q. What happens if I delete a team from the past team list?

• Your work record remaining in that team's schedule disappears, and the Shift Type for that period in your personal work schedule changes to the type you have set personally.
