Shift Calendar & Detailed Info

• Tapping [View Details] on the shift calendar allows you to instantly check the entered shift type and memo.
  You can easily navigate between months by sliding left or right. The detailed page for a selected date displays the Shift Type, Colleagues you work with, and the Memo all at a glance.

• Easy Shift Editing

  You can directly enter or modify your shift calendar in [Shift > View Details > Edit Shift].

  • Enter Day by Day: Select the desired date and tap the corresponding shift in order for easy entry.
  • Pattern Repeat: You can create a repeating rule that cycles between the start date and the end date.

• Customize Shift Types for You

  A variety of shift types are provided by default, and custom settings are also available as needed.

(When affiliated with a Team(workplace), the shift types of that Team(workplace) are applied.)

• Default Shifts: DAY, EVE, NIGHT, MID-DAY, SPLIT, 24H

  • Customizable Shifts: C1, C2, C3
  • Time-Off Types: OFF, Annual Leave (R), Half-Day Leave (½)

• You can modify the following items for each shift type:

  (When affiliated with a Team(workplace), only notification settings can be modified.)

• Shift Name Display

  • Shift Hours
  • Notification Settings (ON/OFF, Notification Time)

- Simple Sharing Function

With the single [Share] button, you can quickly share your shift schedule with friends or family. Don't worry, your personal calendar items are securely protected.

- Smart Leave Management

Check your leave status at a glance, and easily handle leave requests and remaining leave days.

If you enter the total number of leave days in [Leave Status > Add Leave Setting], the leave days registered on your shift schedule are automatically deducted. You can also enter previously used leave days for more accurate management.

• Annual Leave (R) deducts 1 day, and Half-Day Leave (½) deducts 0.5 days.
• OFF days do not affect the number of leave days.
• Half-Day Leave can be registered together with other shift types (e.g., DAY½).
